A first chat

We start with a conversation, no charge, to get a feel for the business and what’s on your mind. If we’re not the right people for it, we’ll tell you.

A proper look

Then a focused piece of work to see how things really sit, and to pin down the few things that matter most right now.

The plan

A short plan in plain English: what to do, who’s doing it, and a sensible order to work through.

Making it happen

We stay alongside while it beds in, with regular check-ins and a hand whenever something gets stuck.

Who do you usually work with?

Owner-operators and small teams around Katikati, Tauranga and the wider Bay of Plenty. Think trades, services, hospitality, retail, growers and light manufacturing, usually anywhere from a couple of staff up to about thirty.

Do I have to sign up to a long programme?

No. A lot of our work is a single, focused job such as a review, a plan, or a run of coaching sessions. If ongoing support makes sense we’ll set it up, but only when it genuinely helps.

What does a first conversation cost?

Nothing. The first chat is free with no obligation. It’s mostly so we can both tell whether there’s a fit before anyone commits.

Do you only work in person?

We’re happy to meet on-site, at our Katikati office, or over a call, whatever suits you. A good deal of the ongoing coaching happens by phone or video anyway.
