Feasibility studies

A feasibility study describes the concept, estimates the market, and identifies revenue streams.

A feasibility study may stand alone or be the precursor to the establishment of a business case. A rigorous business case is usually the most effective way to objectively assess whether the investment and risk associated with a project, product or service is justified by the potential rewards.

Industrial Processors Ltd specialises in the manufacture of perlite based products. We worked with them to assess the viability of a perlite insulation batt, this included:

  • market assessment and review of the competition
  • the products environmental performance
  • preliminary financial analysis, and
  • mapping out a development pathway.
