A pleasure to work with

It is important to us that our clients find us approachable and accessible, that we look after their best interests, and are able to keep often complex issues simple and practical. We use our experience and expertise to add measurable value to our client's business.

To find out what some of our clients have to say about our service visit the People We’ve Worked With page and read about the listed projects.

Environmental stewardship

We all have a deep respect for our natural environment and we actively care for the land, air and water in activities in and out of work. In business we have been monitoring our GHG emissions since 2008 and offsetting them since 2013. For offestting we have chosen to purchase and retire quality NZ registered units, investing in the conservation of indigenous NZ rain forest. For information on the project we support click here.

In addition we are members of the following professional associations:

Work/life balance

It's a priority for us that we make time for family and community alongside our work. Catalyst® offers a flexible work environment and flexible hours. Furthermore all our consultants are involved in community activities and projects. Some this work is presented on the right of this page.
